If your LumiLock smart lock isnāt responding to app commands, hereās how to troubleshoot common causes.
Steps to Resolve:

Check Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Connection

Ensure your phoneās Bluetooth is on if you're nearby, or that your Wi-Fi is stable for remote access.

Verify Lock Battery Status

Low battery is a common issue. Check battery level in the LumiHome app. Replace if needed.

Try Manual Unlock

Use your PIN code or fingerprint to verify the lock is mechanically working.

Restart the App and Device

Force close and reopen the LumiHome app.

Restart your smartphone.

Reset the Lock (if needed)

Press and hold the reset button (inside the battery cover) for 10 seconds. Re-pair in the app afterward.

Still stuck?
Submit a ticket with the last time the lock was functional and any error messages shown in the app.
