Overview:
If your LumiGlow smart bulb isn’t responding in the app or to voice commands, follow these steps to get it back online.
Steps to Resolve:

Check Power Supply

Make sure the bulb is securely screwed in and the light switch is turned on.

Try a Manual Reset

Turn the bulb off and on 3 times in quick succession. It should flash to confirm a reset.

Verify Wi-Fi Connection

Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz (LumiGlow doesn't support 5GHz).

Move your bulb closer to the router if it’s far away.

Re-add the Bulb in the App

Open the LumiHome app → Devices → Add New → Select “Smart Bulb” → Follow pairing steps.

Check for Firmware Updates

Tap into the device settings and check for any available updates.

Contact support with your bulb's serial number and a screenshot of your app screen.
